Here are few suggestions. You need to start something, write a niche blog, post interesting pictures, review videos found in the net e.g youtube, google video, etc. so you can invite advertisers to your MyPage. If the prospected customer saw your MyPage that contains useful information, they will likely to advertise on your website, a good example is MyPage at http://www.randompage.com/profile/king, the main ad is google at this time. I accept advertisers from a business, local store and even friends just to post their message in my MyPage.
It will take some time, before you can build up your readers (that visit to your MyPage) or invite friend to include you as their friends. If your MyPage become known, you can easily get advertisers.
When I started my own MyPage, I invite my friend that own a website/blog. I've told her that I have a website in RandomPage.com (RP) that she can use to introduce her website. She agreed for $25 per month advertising. This is not a lot but some $ added to my pocket.
You can also enroll in affiliate program and use this to your MyPage. When you become professional blogger or website owner, maybe you can expand your MyPage to it's own hosted website.
So many ways to make money, you just need time and a little dedication to your work. Visitors (advertisers) will start flowing to your MyPage.
